Flooring is one of the last finishes installed and one of the first things people notice. It is also where hidden slab problems show up. Concrete that still holds moisture, uneven substrates, or leftover adhesive can cause new flooring to bubble, curl, or fail within months.

We install carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile, sheet and resilient flooring, porcelain and ceramic tile, rubber base, and polished or sealed concrete for offices, retail, restaurants, and healthcare spaces. Before installation, slabs are evaluated and prepared, including moisture testing using methods such as ASTM F2170 relative humidity testing where the flooring manufacturer requires it.

Miami’s humidity makes moisture testing and mitigation especially important, while older concrete slabs in Chicago and New York buildings frequently need grinding and leveling to meet flatness requirements for large-format tile and LVT.
