Framing, Drywall & Acoustic Ceilings in Chicago, New York & Miami

Framing and drywall define every room in a commercial build-out, and they are also where many inspection problems begin. Partition walls may need to be fire-rated, extend to the deck for acoustic privacy, or leave clean routes for ductwork and cabling above the ceiling. Getting the layout, rating, and sequencing right the first time protects the schedule for every trade that follows.

We build light-gauge metal stud partitions, rated and non-rated drywall assemblies, soffits, and bulkheads, then finish them to the level the space requires. Acoustic ceilings are coordinated with lighting, sprinkler heads, diffusers, and access panels so the grid lays out cleanly instead of being cut around afterward.

In older Chicago and New York buildings, out-of-plumb slabs and uneven existing walls are common, and in Miami, moisture-resistant board is often the better choice in restrooms and exterior-wall zones. Those conditions are addressed during layout, not discovered at finish.
